Hello! I imagine what happened. You probably sent the wrong amount. Let's say you were told to send $20 and you purchased bitcoins from a exchanger with your credit card. They reduced the fees and the amount becomes different. You will need to send a PM to Br0 in order to fix that and next time always send it from your wallet the correct amount of money.
