You can change all passwords with out any problems. Also you can add your own bank drop but its better to have bank account with the same name as your paypal account

Yes bro, it was blcoked but as you wrote to me it was blcoked with this error

"we noticed unusal activity on your account and we locked.
then there is the button saying:

SECURE YOUR ACCOUNT

once i click on that it says:

WE COULDN'T CONFIRM THAT'S YOU (WITH THE RED TRIANGLE) "

It means that you did some mistake during login. what is more i told you that i will try to restore your account....
Next time pls be more truthful with yoru feedbacks.
