RDP for specific city I guess is very hard to come by. Clean, very much clean RDP that you find very expensive monthly have 3 or 4 cities only. For very large number of cities you will only find socks5. In the future I will ask to set up with Sportsman, only for this forum, real perfect RDP, with result "0" in getipintel to provide this very best RDP but it will cost around $100. With such RDPs you will look like a regular Joe in the eyes of Paypal. Paypal loves Joes. And being a Joe you will be able to create plenty of User Accounts in the home operating system you will be using (by the way, never fall into the temptation of using Windows Server for Paypal) and you will be able to create/buy one account for each OS' user account. Then you will have only one perfect RDP with a lot of accounts turning this expensive RDP a cheap one. Because as you probably don't know and probably read and were advised differently in some guru's guide, Paypal does not care for same IP, they care about bad IP, such as some VPN services. For now, use the current service and create your cookies using the account for more than a month once a day with same RDP.

Agree 100% with sigaieu, and I have recently discussed with Sportman about IP proxy score. You could have fresh IP, no blacklisted, but with bad score you will probably have problems. What makes a bad IP score? winserver, unmatched clock time PC vs IP.. anything makes you look like a non real PP user. Looking forward for this new service!
